Truckee Real Estate 2016 Market Review

Here are some handsome graphs showing the highs and lows of the Truckee Real Estate Market from 2005 through 2016. The volume of both home sales activity and the median sales prices in Truckee, Tahoe Donner, Donner Lake and Donner Summit continues to creep ever closer to the highs posted back in 2005. With the recent heavy snows finally returning to the high Sierra, there is sure to be more demand in the coming months. There may also be some folks who purchased since 2011 who have not had to shovel this much snow who may be wanting to go someplace more tropical. I’m here to help either way. 🙂
