October 2014 – In 2004 we were looking to buy a vacation home in the Truckee area. I do not remember how we found Bret, but we did. He listened to what we wanted in a vacation home and gave use great guidance in choosing an area and home. The purchase went very smoothly and we loved our place. In 2014 without any kids at home we decided to sell our cabin. We contacted Bret and he still remembered us. The market was slow but again Bret guided us on price and presentation. After 1 week on the market we had an offer and 30 days later escrow closed. Smooth as silk.
