June 2014 – My wife and I met Bret Churchman after using his handy website and email alerts to identify possible places to buy in Northern Tahoe. Bret is always polite, friendly, honest, and super knowledgeable about the market and the area. My wife and I were not from the area and were not familiar with all of the aspects to consider when buying a home in the Sierras. Bret was very informative, often pointing out potential issues with properties that could possibly effect our mountain house experience.
