My husband and I were very satisfied with the thorough service we received from Bret Churchman. What impressed us the most was his in depth knowledge of the Tahoe Donner area, especially the weather patterns. We were buying from across the country and seeing the area in summer only. His comments about winter weather helped us to make a well informed decision regarding which home to purchase. We love our cabin and our location, thanks to Bret!
